Radon in Water Test kit with Analysis
If your water is from a well and your radon in air test is elevated you may want to test for radon on the well water before you mitigate the house. Radon in water becomes radon in air. I will supply you with the sampling bottle and instructions. You get us the bottle and I will analyze it and provide you with a report. This test cost only $25.00.
Learn more about wells at www.wellcarehotline.org If you have municipality provided water you should read your water report.

Radon Professionals $15.00 each
an order of 10 costs total $160.00 that includes priority shipping. You can pay on the main page or call with a credit card or mail a check ahead of time. I count 1 of each batch of 10 as a blank out the door.
Supplied to: Radon Testers (Don't forget to conduct blanks and spikes and dups for real estate tests).
Radon Mitigators (great for diagnostic or post mitigation test) Provide them to the occupant or homeowner to conduct a post mitigation test. Also geat for Energy Auditors, Department of Health, Large Building Superintendents, Schools and Daycares.
Buy devices as you need them. If you are a radon pro and need help with your QA tasks check out our QA Program Assistance and Audits page. We are here to help! Also check out our radon training page.
If any data on the form is missing the device will not get analyzed. I am not responsible for figuring out what the zip code is or calling you to ask for dates/times etc. These devices come with instructions, a data collection sheet and a closed house agreement form that is used for real estate transaction tests. The devices cannot be deployed for more than 7 days and needs to be deployed for a minimum of 48 hours. The house has to be closed up 12 hours before deploying them and for the duration of the test. You can come and go - you do not have to leave to go to a hotel or some where else just live normally with doors and windows closed except for normal entry and exit. If you bias the test in any way it is not my fault that the results will not be accurate. The devices need to returned to this lab (address up top) by the 7th day after they are closed or turned off. They cannot be analyzed after the 8th day. Do not do the test and wait a month to mail it; makes no sense. Also do not begin the test if you cannot keep the house closed otherwise you are wasting time and money. I will not change the address on a report unless it is my typo. If the address is incorrect another test will need to be done. I cannot help it if the home inspector or radon tester does not know where they are.
You will have to pay to get them back to this lab. I can provide return cushy envelope if you ask. Most folks use a priority box from USPS - it comes with free tracking and is strong tight; it costs around $6.00, using a small brown cushy envelope or non cushy envelope costs about $4.00.
I make every effort to analyze devices the day they are received if they are received during the day. Understand they have to acclimate for a few hours. Do not call for results if the device is not here yet or arrived that day. I understand your results are important but so are everyone's. A written report will be provided by mail unless an email or fax is provided. reports will get mailed to the address of the building that was tested unless otherwise notified. Most of the time these do not get delivered and are thrown away by the postal service because the building is vacant or the person does not live there yet so its best to provide email or fax.
I am often in the lab on Saturday so if I get your test kit Saturday I will analyze them at some point over the weekend.
You may also drop them off at the address above. Once received the devices will sit for a minimum of 3 hours to acclimate to lab temperature.
Thank you for your business. Again please call if you have any questions, concerns or doubts. These devices are very accurate and precise if stored and placed properly and building conditions are maintained.
