See the Sub slab Depressurization System and the QA/QC Radon Chamber along with the radon in air and water testing and mitigation equipment, radioactive building materials and consumer products. Explore how to use engineering controls to reduce indoor air pollutants and learn how to use radon sniffers and other grab samplers and good ol geiger counters to diagnose a dwelling for radon gas and other sources of radiation exposure. Learn what equipment is needed and how to diagnose an environmental envelope before you poke a hole in the foundation. 
The Instructor is a Health Physicist actively listed as a Radiation Protection Technologist. 

Initial Radon Courses
​ 1) #1 Initial Mitigation Course
 This course is a combination of Radon Mitigation Technology  C-102 and My Radon Measurement/Mitigation Prereq. and (classroom and or webinar available too) for $750.00.  Register for this course with me and receive the CERTI course via online videos, quizzes and expertise access along with some in the field work! Jump on a webinar for a cram and exam. Once purchased the material may be viewed by others in the company (phone attendants, marketers) as awareness training. Already a tester? then you get 16 CE with this option.
 Check the column on the right for scheduled seminars or call and request training - its that easy! The measurement class helps you to properly prep for and pass the national mitigation exam. In most cases it is a prereq.

This system is installed at the Radon School.

New Classroom!  The classroom has a sub-slab depressurization radon gas mitigation system installed (for educational and moisture  purposes) and a radon gas chamber in it. A table full of instruments - old, new and some just not worth it to try out awaits. An entire are to browse of radon in water testing and mitigation. Investigate the area of radioactive consumer products - old and new and some quite quirky too! historical items, cool items and even some WTH? items - all in 1 place.
