Explore how to use engineering controls to reduce indoor air pollutants and learn how to use radon sniffers and other grab samplers and good ol geiger counters to diagnose a dwelling for radon gas and other sources of radiation exposure. Learn what equipment is needed and how to diagnose an environmental envelope before you poke a hole in the foundation. 
The Instructor is a Health Physicist actively listed as a Radiation Protection Technologist.

Mitigation Course only $475.00  Includes free 3hr radon testing webinar too! Register for this course with me and receive the CERTI course via online videos, quizzes and expertise access along with some in the field work!. Once purchased the material may be viewed by others in the company. Jump on my webinar anytime you need to - they are great initially or right before an exam!

The measurement class helps you to properly prep for and pass the national mitigation exam. In most cases it is a prerequisite.

You will have to read the standard and complete the workbook, return it for review and get a certificate. New Classroom!  The classroom has a sub-slab depressurization radon gas mitigation system installed (for educational and moisture  purposes) and a radon gas chamber in it. A table full of instruments - old, new and some just not worth it to try out awaits. An entire are to browse of radon in water testing and mitigation. Investigate the area of radioactive consumer products - old and new and some quite quirky too! historical items, cool items and even some WTH? items - all in 1 place. 
New AARST Standards! We now offer the testing and mitigation standard classes. Take in class or as a home study to get CE.
